This is the renewal of the first Simpl PSO Framework contract, which was awarded in 2023 following the publication of calls for tenders CNECT/2023/OP/0050: https://etendering.ted.europa.eu/cft/cft-display.html?cftId=14888 . The objective of PSOII call for tenders is to procure services to support and improve Simpl programme quality management system built to ensure a high and stable quality level of the IT products related to Simpl programme. It is also meant to strengthen the project management support and horizontal coordination tasks across the involved stakeholders, boosting efficient processes inspired by open-source best practices while complying to European Commission procurement rules. The PSO II framework contract will follow up on the existing PSO framework contract after it ends of delivery of the third specific contract (September 2026).
